Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  4. Scoop and roll meat mixture into 2-3 tablespoon-sized balls and place them in a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake meatballs for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Heat sesame oil and olive oil in a skillet; sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  7. Add crushed red pepper flakes, orange marmalade, and hoisin sauce to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Coat the cooked meatballs in the orange sauce and serve.
