  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the marinated chicken thighs skin-side up.
  5. Roast the chicken thighs for 35-40 minutes, basting halfway through.
  6. Remove from oven and let the chicken thighs rest for 5 minutes before garnishing and serving.
