  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce homemade or canned, avoid overly syrupy brands
  • 1-2 pieces Jalapeños remove seeds for milder dip

  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • to taste Salt
  • optional cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or Mozzarella

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese using an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. If using fresh cranberries, chop them roughly; otherwise, measure out your canned cranberry sauce and add it to the cream cheese. Mix on low speed for about 1 minute.
  3. Fold in the diced jalapeños and chopped green onions into the mixture. Add lime juice and salt to taste. Stir until well combined, which should take around 2 minutes.
  4. Transfer the dip into a serving dish, cover it, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Once chilled, stir the dip again. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh veggies.
