Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, cucumbers, red onion, dill, and parsley, and stir thoroughly.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  4. If using, gently fold in the feta cheese.
