  • 2 large French bread loaves
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  6. Top each half with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before slicing and serving.
