Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine 1/4 cup pumpkin purée, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pour in 1 cup of your chosen milk, and blend until smooth.
  2. Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool slightly. Pour 1 cup of cooled coffee into a measuring cup and stir in the blended pumpkin mixture until fully combined.
  3. Prepare two tall glasses with ice cubes to the brim and pour the pumpkin coffee mixture over the ice.
