- In a blender, combine 1/4 cup pumpkin purée, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pour in 1 cup of your chosen milk, and blend until smooth.
- Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool slightly. Pour 1 cup of cooled coffee into a measuring cup and stir in the blended pumpkin mixture until fully combined.
- Prepare two tall glasses with ice cubes to the brim and pour the pumpkin coffee mixture over the ice.
