Baking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
- Beat together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar, and the egg until well combined.
- Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Scoop rounded balls of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them 3 inches apart.

- Sprinkle a pinch of coarse sea salt on top of warm cookies and cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes.
