  • 1 cup Sweet Chili Sauce Homemade can be used
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp Fish Sauce Or soy sauce for vegetarian option
  • 2 tbsp Honey Can substitute with sugar
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes Adjust to taste
For Serving
  • 2 cups Jasmine Rice Fluffy and fragrant
  • 1 bunch Fresh Herbs Cilantro or sliced limes for garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Generously season the pork ribs with salt and pepper and arrange them in a single layer in the slow cooker.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, fresh lime juice, fish sauce (or soy sauce), and honey. Stir well, adjusting chili flakes as per your spice preference.
  3. Pour the sauce over the ribs in the slow cooker to ensure each piece is well-coated.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the ribs are tender.
  5. Preheat the broiler, transfer the ribs to a baking dish, and brush with extra sweet chili sauce. Broil for 3-5 minutes until caramelized.
  6. Serve with jasmine rice or quinoa and garnish with fresh herbs.
