  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar or other mild vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar or honey/agave syrup

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by boiling water in a large pot. Cook the pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Chop the broccoli into uniform bite-sized florets. Finely slice the red onion. Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until creamy.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the cooled pasta, broccoli, red onion, and creamy dressing until well combined.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to let the flavors meld.
  6. Before serving, gently stir in the crispy bacon pieces.
