Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Cut 12 slices of thick-cut bacon in half to create 24 pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
  4. Wrap each mozzarella stick with half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  5. Roll each wrapped stick in the brown sugar mixture until coated.
  6. Arrange the coated sticks on the baking sheet with space in between.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until bacon is crispy and mozzarella is melted.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving with dipping sauces.
