Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Microwave the cheese mixture for about 30 seconds until softened. Stir in everything bagel seasoning and chili crunch.
  4. Fill each halved pepper with the cheese mixture generously.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is golden.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm, garnished with green onions if desired.
