Preparation
- Gather all ingredients and slice the flank steak or sirloin. Chop the bell peppers and carrots, and mince the garlic and ginger.
- Bring a large pot of water to boil, add noodles, and cook according to package instructions.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a skillet and sear the sliced beef in a single layer for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds. Add soy sauce, honey, and water, cooking until thick.
- Add beef back with chopped vegetables, cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in the noodles, stirring continuously over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
