Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound sirloin steak sliced into strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak strips with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine and steak back into the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.

  • Add vegetables like spinach or cherry tomatoes for extra flavor and nutrition. Sauté them with the garlic before adding the cream.
