  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup for vegan
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil extra-virgin preferred

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse the spring mix salad greens under cold water and pat them dry.
  2. In a large salad bowl, add the greens, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
  3. Crumble feta cheese over the salad and sprinkle with toasted walnuts or pecans.
  4. Combine balsamic vinegar, honey (or maple syrup), and olive oil in a small bowl or jar. Whisk or shake until well combined.
  5. Season the dressing with salt and pepper. Adjust to taste.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
