  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 12 ounces smoked sausage cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 yellow bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion cut into wedges

  3. Thread the shrimp, sausage, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between the ingredients.
  4. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through, and the sausage is heated.
