  • 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos Gluten-free alternative to soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini Or use peanut/almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Optional, for sweetness
For the Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Chopped

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Using a spiralizer or knife, cut the zucchinis into noodle-like shapes. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 30 minutes.
  2. After soaking, rinse the zoodles in a colander, gently squeezing to remove moisture. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine garlic, coconut aminos, tahini, sesame oil, chili powder, and chili oil. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Add zoodles to the sauce bowl and toss to coat. Let sit to marinate if desired.
  5. Plate the noodles and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve immediately.
