- Using a spiralizer or knife, cut the zucchinis into noodle-like shapes. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 30 minutes.
- After soaking, rinse the zoodles in a colander, gently squeezing to remove moisture. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine garlic, coconut aminos, tahini, sesame oil, chili powder, and chili oil. Whisk until smooth.
- Add zoodles to the sauce bowl and toss to coat. Let sit to marinate if desired.
- Plate the noodles and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve immediately.
