Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Dice the sweet potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes.
  2. Lightly spray them with avocado oil and season with salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread the cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking Sweet Potatoes
  1. Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 18 minutes.
  2. Shake the basket halfway through the cooking time.
Cooking Ground Beef
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Cook for 6-8 minutes.
  2. Stir occasionally until browned and no longer pink.
Seasoning Beef
  1. Reduce the heat to medium and sprinkle in salt and crushed red pepper.
  2. Sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Assembling Bowls
  1. Start with a base of cottage cheese, followed by sweet potatoes and ground beef.
  2. Top with fresh cilantro, sliced avocado, and a drizzle of hot honey.
