- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Sprinkle half of the salt on them.
- Bake the wings for 20 minutes, then flip and sprinkle with remaining salt. Bake for another 20 minutes.
- In a skillet, combine water, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, chili sauce, garlic, ginger, curry powder, and lime juice. Bring to a simmer for 5-7 minutes.
