Place the bacon-wrapped bites on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
