Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth. Gradually stir in apple cider and vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Mix together granulated sugar and ground cinnamon for the topping.
  7. Once the loaf cools, brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
