Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Chipotle Breakfast Sandwich
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1-2 minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, 1 teaspoon lime juice, and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder until smooth and creamy. Set aside or refrigerate.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add two sausage patties and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
  3. Lower the heat, add 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet, and toast the split brioche buns cut-side down for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
