- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and red bell pepper, cooking for about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic for an additional 30 seconds.
- Lower the heat, add cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups along with chicken broth. Mix well until smooth. Stir in cheese, sour cream, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti and chicken. Pour in the creamy sauce and mix until everything is coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Add remaining cheese on top.
- Mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top of the casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling. Let cool slightly before serving.
