- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, melt the butter and whisk in the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan and bake for 22 to 25 minutes.
- Allow the bars to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Prepare the glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar, maple syrup, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt.
- Once bars are completely cooled, pour the glaze over them and allow to set before cutting into squares.
