Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine beef stew meat with Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, dried Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Toss to coat the meat well.
  2. Layer halved baby potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker. Drizzle half of the melted unsalted butter and olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle with minced garlic.
  3. Place the seasoned beef evenly over the potatoes and drizzle the remaining butter and olive oil on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours until beef is fork-tender and potatoes are cooked.
