  • 1 small Jalapeño minced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
For the Shrimp
  • 1 pound Shrimp fresh or thawed frozen
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
For Serving
  • 2 medium Avocado diced
  • 1/4 cup Lime-Chili Sauce for drizzling

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro. Squeeze lime juice over and mix gently. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp seasoned with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
  3. In serving bowls, layer diced avocado first, add sautéed shrimp, and top with mango salsa.
  4. Drizzle with lime-chili sauce to taste.
  5. Serve immediately with optional sides.
