  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese Cottage cheese is a lighter substitute.
For the Cheesy Topping
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Can experiment with gouda or fontina.
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese Opt for freshly grated cheese.
Seasoning and Garnish
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper Consider herb-infused variety.
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Can substitute with basil or dill.

Method
 

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: Cook the Noodles
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil, then add the noodles. Cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 3: Prepare the Seafood Mixture
  1. In a skillet, warm the Alfredo sauce. Add shrimp and crab meat, cooking for 3-4 minutes until shrimp turns pink.
Step 4: Start Layering the Lasagna
  1. Begin with a layer of seafood mixture, followed by noodles and dollops of ricotta. Repeat and finish with mozzarella and Parmesan.
Step 5: Bake the Lasagna
  1. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes to meld flavors.
Step 6: Brown the Top
  1. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Step 7: Cool and Garnish
  1. Let cool for 10 minutes and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
