For the Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce Can replace with honey or homemade sweet chili mix.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Optional; can replace with green onions.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F, for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil and sprinkle Thai seasoning on both sides.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, sriracha, and cilantro.
  4. Grill the chicken for 5–6 minutes on one side until it releases easily; flip when charred.
  5. Brush half the glaze over the chicken and grill for another 5–6 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  6. Brush remaining glaze over the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. Slice or dice the chicken and serve with jasmine rice or a fresh salad.
