Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, granulated sugar, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper. Set aside.
  2. Wash and trim the broccoli florets. Cook bacon until crispy, then chop it into bits. Finely chop the red onion.
  3. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, red onion, cranberries, and almonds. Gently toss.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and fold it in gently.
