- Prepare Ingredients: Wash and chop onion, bell pepper, and celery into small pieces. Gather Cajun seasoning, garlic, rice, sausage, and broth.
- Cook Sausage: Heat a skillet over medium heat, add sliced sausage, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Set sausage aside.
- Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add oil if needed, toss in onion, bell pepper, and celery. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until onion is translucent.
- Add Garlic and Seasoning: Stir in minced garlic and Cajun seasoning. Sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes.
