Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes until hot.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a wooden spatula. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a small bowl, whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour sauce over cooked beef, stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Cook noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes, then drain.
  6. Add cooked noodles to skillet with beef mixture, gently toss to combine.
