Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the shredded lettuce, sliced red onion, and banana peppers to the dressing. Stir gently until all the veggies are well coated.
  3. Take your sub rolls and slice them open lengthwise. Spread a layer of salami, pepperoni, and turkey on each roll, then place slices of provolone cheese on top.
