  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Mozzarella and Cheddar Blend)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (e.g., Parsley or Chives) finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 large Egg for wash

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella and cheddar blend, fresh herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out your thawed puff pastry until it's about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 3-inch squares.
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each square, fold and seal the edges with a fork.
  5. Transfer the pastries to a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving warm.
