Step-by-Step Instructions for 30-Minute Cuban Casserole
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather ingredients and an oven-safe skillet.
  2. Combine whipping cream, cream cheese, and yellow mustard in the skillet over medium heat. Stir for 3–5 minutes until melted and smooth.
  3. Lower the heat and add pulled pork, diced ham, and half of the sliced pickles. Mix gently for 2 minutes until heated through.
  4. Sprinkle half of the shredded Swiss cheese over the meat mixture and add the remaining pickles.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
