  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Freshly Minced Garlic

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • to taste Black Pepper Freshly cracked
For Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Clean the mushrooms using a damp paper towel and trim the stems if necessary.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat, then add 2 tablespoons of freshly minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the cleaned baby bella mushrooms to the skillet in a single layer and cook for 7-9 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Pour Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce over the mushrooms and sprinkle black pepper, stirring well.
  5. Let the sauce simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to thicken.
  6. Toss in a generous handful of chopped fresh parsley before serving.
  7. Transfer the Cowboy Mushrooms to a serving platter and enjoy hot.
