Preparation Steps

  2. Take your chicken breasts or thighs and evenly coat them with the spice mixture. Let it rest for a few minutes.

  4. Pour in the chicken broth and cover. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, remove the chicken and shred it using two forks. Return to skillet, stir into remaining liquid, and let soak for an additional 3-5 minutes.
