Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the large French baguette in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the soft bread.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise; mix until smooth.
  4. Add minced garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, oregano, and red pepper flakes; mix until combined.
  5. Fill the hollowed-out baguette halves with the dip mixture.
  6. Place filled baguette halves on a baking sheet, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm with dippers.
