  • 150 grams Chye Sim Or any leafy greens.
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch Slurry Mix cornstarch and water.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Noodles: Boil water, add udon noodles, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Stir Fry Base: Heat a frying pan over high heat, add oil, then onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add Beef: Incorporate the beef, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until browned.
  4. Add Sauce Ingredients: Pour in dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato paste, and black pepper. Stir for 30 seconds.
  5. Incorporate Noodles: Add noodles and water, toss for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Thicken Sauce: Prepare cornstarch slurry, pour into the mixture while stirring until thickened.
  7. Add Greens: Fold in chye sim or greens, cook for 1 minute to wilt.
  8. Serve: Transfer to plates, adjust seasoning if needed, and enjoy hot.
