Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
  3. Slice the Italian sausage into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl with vegetables.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the mixture. Toss well.
  5. Spread the seasoned mixture onto a large sheet pan in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sausage is cooked and veggies are tender.
  7. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
