Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture, then place seam-side down in the skillet.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Add more butter as needed.
