Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice your smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces and chop the cabbage into strips or wedges.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced sausage. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the cabbage is softened yet still retains a slight crunch.
  4. Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce and minced garlic in a small bowl, then pour over the sausage and cabbage.
  5. Stir everything well and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture is hot and fragrant.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds, parsley, or a splash of lemon juice.
