  6. Roast until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), usually 1.5 to 2 hours total cooking time.
  7. Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving to allow juices to redistribute.
  8. Carve the turkey and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs. Serve with your favorite sides.
