Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Spread the seasoned sweet potato rounds in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
  6. Let the rounds cool for about 5 minutes.
  7. Transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle with feta, and drizzle with honey.
