Preparation Steps
- Start by bringing about 1 cup of water to a rolling boil in a kettle or saucepan. Once it’s boiling, pour the hot water into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the Strawberry Jello gelatin powder to the bowl with boiling water. Stir continuously for about 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
- Once the gelatin mixture isn’t steaming, add Greek yogurt to the bowl and whisk until fully combined and creamy, which may take about 1-2 minutes.
- Carefully pour in ½ cup of cold water to the mixture, giving it a gentle stir to help it set.
- Pour the mixture evenly into your serving dishes, filling them about three-quarters full. Smooth the tops with a spatula.
- Cover the dishes with plastic wrap or a lid and place them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to chill and set.
- When ready to serve, top with whipped cream and fresh strawberries if desired.

Notes
Ensure gelatin is completely dissolved before adding yogurt to avoid clumping. Use whole milk Greek yogurt for the best texture. Keep servings consistent for guilt-free enjoyment.
