Preparation Steps
  1. Start by bringing about 1 cup of water to a rolling boil in a kettle or saucepan. Once it’s boiling, pour the hot water into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the Strawberry Jello gelatin powder to the bowl with boiling water. Stir continuously for about 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
  3. Once the gelatin mixture isn’t steaming, add Greek yogurt to the bowl and whisk until fully combined and creamy, which may take about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Carefully pour in ½ cup of cold water to the mixture, giving it a gentle stir to help it set.
  5. Pour the mixture evenly into your serving dishes, filling them about three-quarters full. Smooth the tops with a spatula.
  6. Cover the dishes with plastic wrap or a lid and place them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to chill and set.
  7. When ready to serve, top with whipped cream and fresh strawberries if desired.
