Equipment

  • blender
  • Pitcher
  • fine mesh sieve

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Peach Lemonade
  1. Start by preparing your lemonade base. If using homemade lemonade, whip it up according to your preferred recipe, ensuring it's chilled. Alternatively, pour 8 cups of your favorite bottled lemonade into a large pitcher.
  2. Wash 4 ripe fresh peaches, slice them, and remove the pits. Reserve a few slices for garnishing later. In a blender, blend the remaining peach slices with 1 cup of the prepared lemonade and 1 tablespoon of fresh mint leaves until smooth.
  3. Pour the blended peach mixture into the pitcher containing your lemonade base. Stir until well combined. For a thinner texture, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pulp.
  4. Fill glasses with ice and pour in the Peach Lemonade. Garnish each glass with a slice of fresh peach and a sprig of mint.
