Method
- In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add the black tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes.
- After steeping, remove the tea bags and stir in the honey until dissolved.
- Add the sliced orange and the cinnamon stick to the tea.
- Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
- To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
