Method
- In a serving bowl or glass, add 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream as the base.
- Layer 1/3 cup of sliced strawberries on top of the ice cream.
- Add another 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream over the strawberries.
- Top with 1/3 cup of blueberries.
- Add the final scoop of vanilla ice cream (1/2 cup) on top.
- Generously dollop whipped cream over the top of the sundae.
- Sprinkle granola on top if desired for added crunch.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and freshness.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
