Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup granola optional
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. In a serving bowl or glass, add 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream as the base.
  2. Layer 1/3 cup of sliced strawberries on top of the ice cream.
  3. Add another 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream over the strawberries.
  4. Top with 1/3 cup of blueberries.
  5. Add the final scoop of vanilla ice cream (1/2 cup) on top.
  6. Generously dollop whipped cream over the top of the sundae.
  7. Sprinkle granola on top if desired for added crunch.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and freshness.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
