Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Rinse the snapper fillets under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Chop the onion, slice the bell peppers, and mince the garlic.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion for 5 minutes.
  4. Add bell peppers and garlic, cooking an additional 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and add Creole seasoning, letting it simmer for 7 minutes.
  6. Gently place snapper into the sauce, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Serve the snapper with the creamy sauce and garnish with parsley.
