Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. Roll out the chilled puff pastry sheets to about ¼ inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Slice the rolled pastry into 4x4 inch squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square and top with raspberry preserves.
  6. Fold the corners of each pastry square towards the center and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Brush the tops of the sealed cruffins with melted butter.
