  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to form a paste.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the seasoning mixture. Make sure to rub the mixture under the skin for extra flavor.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin side up.
