Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients.
  2. In a resealable bag or shallow dish, place the chicken thighs and pour half of the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and grill or pan-sear until cooked through.
  5. In a small saucepan, bring the leftover marinade to a boil, then simmer. Thicken with cornstarch slurry if desired.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
